As a diversity consultant for Fortune 100 companies, I have personally trained over 100,000 on inclusive practices. I also have written two books Allies and Advocates (Wiley, 2020) and Say More About That (Wiley, 2022) where I shared strategies on how to be an effective ally, how to create a more equitable and inclusive culture, and how to speak up to advocate for yourself and others.
As a result of the work I’ve done, I have been featured in articles, on television, as a contributing writer and more on a myriad of platforms including Fast Company, Forbes, Washington Post, Essence magazine, and more.
