A leading U.S. banking institution sought to equip its HR leaders and managers with inclusive leadership skills to enhance communication across differences and support their teams. They especially wanted HR leaders to develop probing skills to uncover root issues leaders faced. They engaged us to build real, lasting capacity – not just awareness – to ensure leaders could drive inclusion and support their people effectively across the organization.
We partnered with the EVP of Learning and Development and the Chief Diversity Officer to design a scalable, immersive program. This included foundational inclusive leadership training for all people leaders, comprehensive skill-building for HR leaders, and executive-focused sessions to ensure alignment and reinforcement. We created a custom, interactive virtual experience that engaged up to 3,000 leaders per session, maintaining a conversational and interactive learning environment, delivering practical skills, tools, and approaches.
Our efforts resulted in improved organizational engagement scores for communication and inclusion at the manager level and above. The client successfully adopted an inclusive leadership and learning strategy aligned with organizational goals, enabling HR leaders to support teams more effectively. Leaders demonstrated stronger inclusive communication behaviors, creating a culture where people felt seen, heard, and valued throughout the enterprise.
